Concept and solution

• the house is placed on the north part of the plot to liberate the maximum of the area on the south side
• on the north a dense group of trees is planted as shield of protection
• the house is composed of three parallel 'stripes' in east-west direction
• main rooms are in the south stripe, services in the north and all communications in the middle
• rooms are placed on a 'comb' structure to guarantee all have façade to the garden, views and light
• the scheme of stripes is complemented with a terrace on each side with swimming pool and sauna
