• 150 years old agricultural building very well placed on the north edge of the plot
• not used roof space
• clients idea to build a new house on west side

Concept and solution

• instead of building a new house, restore the existing building included the roof space as a loft room
• extension on the west in continuation of the existing building in order not to block the afternoon sun over the garden
• swimming pool and pavilion loose in the garden
• new roof and pavement bind all pieces; old and new
